History
Hector was a tracker for the Inquisition, and a pretty good one. The duty of a "tracker" is not very clear, the Inquisitors are the only ones able to give them orders, and they say they "take care of everything". Hector was the tutor of Andreas, he formed him to become a tracker. When Andreas's formation was over, Hector was sent to Varant by direct order from the High Inquisitor himself.
